Leben im Harz – Pflanzen und Tiere unserer Natur
Mitten im Nationalpark Harz liegt das Internationale Haus Sonnenberg als europäisches Bildungszentrum.
Von dort aus wollen wir als eine bunt gemischte Gruppe eine Woche voller Spaß, Inspiration und Bewegung erleben und dabei die Flora und Fauna des Harzes näher kennenlernen.
Welche Tier- und Pflanzen gibt es im Wald und auf den Wiesen eines Mittelgebirges, was brauchen sie zum Leben und warum müssen sie heute besonders geschützt werden?
Was ist ein Nationalpark und warum ist die unberührte Wildnis für uns Menschen so faszinierend?
Mit zahlreichen erlebnispädagogischen und künstlerisch-kreativen Methoden werden wir den Nationalpark Harz erkunden und viel über Naturschutz und den Umgang mit der Umwelt vor unserer Haustür lernen.
So schaffen wir uns einen persönlichen Zugang zur Natur als Grundlage unseres Lebens und ein besseres Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge des Ökosystems von dem auch wir ein Teil sind.
Das Seminar ist als Bildungsurlaub anerkannt.

“Life in the Harz – plants and animals in our local nature”
The European Education Centre “Internationales Haus Sonnenberg” is situated right in the middle of the Harz National Park.
That’s where we are staging a creative education seminar entitled “Life in the Harz – plants and animals in our local nature”, from 7-12 May 2023. Participants with our without disabilities are welcome!
We’ll have a week of fun, inspiration and movement and get to know the flora and fauna in the Harz region too.
What animals and plants are to be found in the woods and fields of an upland region, what do they need to survive and why do they require special protection today?
We’ll use a variety of hands-on, creative methods to get to know the Harz National Park and learn a lot about protecting nature and how to treat our local environment.
In this way, we’ll get up close and personal with nature, the basis of our life and get a better understanding of how the eco-system works. We are part of it, after all.
